I have solid capabilities and a proven track record in logistics management – creating timelines and schedules, meeting deadlines and securing discounts….my aim is always proactive.  Pre and Post Show Exhibit Inspection – ensuring all equipment is stocked and accounted for before and after the show; Inventory and Storage Management to a detail; Show Site Project Management – managing the installation & dismantle crew and interfacing with the show vendors.  I know how to navigate the show floor. Booth support – allowing you to be in two places at one time.
